Role: Pump Service EngineerLocation: Gloucester / Field basedSalary: Up to 40,000 depending on experienceDoor-to-door pay Enhanced overtime rates My client is looking for an experienced Pump Service Engineer to join a growing business working across the wastewater and sewage treatment industry. The role will involve travelling to customer sites to carry out servicing, repairs and fault finding on sewage treatment plants, sewage pumps and wastewater systems. You will be working on both the mechanical and electrical side of the equipment, so a good all-round engineering background is important. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who is comfortable working on their own, dealing with customers and getting to the bottom of problems on site. Responsibilities include:Carrying out planned servicing and maintenance on sewage treatment plants, pumps and wastewater systemsAttending breakdowns and call-outs to diagnose and repair faultsWorking on both mechanical and electrical componentsFault finding and problem solving on a range of equipmentSpeaking with customers on site and keeping them updated on any issuesWorking with the scheduling team to manage your daily jobsIdentifying parts that are required and feeding back where additional work needs to be quotedKeeping your van stocked with the parts, tools and equipment you needCompleting service reports after each visitUsing a mobile app to manage your daily schedule and jobsCarrying out any additional training required ..... full job details .....
