Legal Secretary - Private Client

Private Client team supports a wide range of individuals and families with sensitivity, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. Seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our growing team and contribute to the excellent service for which we are known.Key Responsibilities:Produce, format, and amend legal documents including Wills, LPAs, probate forms, trust documents, and correspondence.Handle audio and copy typing with a high level of accuracy.Assist with the preparation of client files, bundles, and reports.Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.Conduct initial client on boarding, including ID verification and compliance checks.Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client team is essential.Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional typing skills with accuracy and speed; experience with audio dictation preferred.Skills and Experience Required Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client team is essential.Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs.Exceptional typing skills with accuracy and speed; experience with audio dictation
