We''re looking for a Robot Maintenance Support Technician to support the daily operations and health of an advanced robotic fleet within a fast-paced Randamp;D lab in London. This is a hands-on contract role ideal for someone with 1-3 years'' experience in a technical support or technician setting, especially if you''ve had exposure to robotics or automation systems - even in academic or early-career environments. What You''ll Be Doing:Maintain robotic fleet health by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving both hardware and software issuesDevelop and assess workflows to identify and solve previously unknown technical problemsPerform code repository tasks: create local changes, submit/review CLs (changelists), and support configuration trackingKeep the robotic fleet database accurate by updating hardware statuses, assigning notes, and managing check-in/out workflowsAssist in creating onboarding and training documentation for new team membersParticipate in and contribute to Monthly Business ReviewsKey Technologies andamp; Skills:Hands-on: Soldering, crimping, cable harnessingDiagnosing and replacing faulty hardware componentsExperience with robot test benches and simulation environmen
