Warehouse Supervisor, Permanent, Larkhall, 35,600 per annum plus overtime We are looking for experienced Warehouse Shift Leaders to work within our established warehouse and distribution team in Larkhall. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be tasked with:Leading a team of approximately 10 warehouse operators to achieve the highest levels of despatch accuracy and customer satisfactionProviding effective supervision of the team directing work tasks and performance across all warehouse functions - accurate and efficient storage and distribution of goods, goods in, stock relocation, pallet pick and despatchManaging individual attendance, timekeeping, breaks and holidaysManaging performance, identifying training needs and implementing ongoing development plans for all team membersEnsuring all Health and Safety protocols adhered to with regards to property and mechanical handling equipment; escalating any issues to Warehouse Manager where necessaryEnsuring all warehouse procedures adhered to at all timesEnsuring the accurate and efficient despatch of goods on time and in full with required documentation provided at time of loadingAssisting internal and external customers with any queries or concerns in a timely and efficient mannerImplementing stock movements in alignment with FIFO principlesContributing to the continuous improvement of the warehouse function for internal and external customersMaintaining housekeeping to 5S standards What you can expect:A permanent contract with a
