About the role As a Support Worker, you''ll work closely with our customers to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support that promotes independence, choice and wellbeing. You''ll help people develop life skills, maintain their tenancies, access education, employment and leisure activities, and build meaningful connections within their communities. No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to attend an appointment, helping with daily living tasks, administering medication, completing support plans, or encouraging an individual to achieve a personal goal that matters to them.
