The Role and Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing the reception area and providing essential administrative support to our practitioners. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Warmly greeting clients, handling check-ins and check-outs, and managing client confidentiality with the utmost professionalism. Appointment Scheduling: Expertly managing the clinic diary using an electronic appointment booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for all consultations and treatments.
