This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging, data-led campaigns to a large and growing member base across the UK and US.You''ll help shape and execute CRM and broader campaigns campaigns that drive customer engagement, manage digital content across loyalty platforms, and work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure campaign accuracy, optimisation, and impact.What You''ll Be DoingSupporting the delivery of email and CRM campaigns, from set-up to reportingManaging digital offers and content within CMS and loyalty systemsWorking with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Finance, Partnerships) to align and approve campaign contentUsing data and insights to optimise campaign performance and member engagementSupporting wider campaign planning, tracking and post-campaign analysisWhat We''re Looking ForExperience coordinating CRM or email marketing campaignsConfident working with CMS platforms and digital campaign tools (Contentful experience a plus)Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skillsFamiliarity with loyalty programmes, customer journeys, or performance marketingHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines*Rates depend on experience and cli
