Job Title: Security Officer Location: Oundle Working Hours: 14 00, Monday to Sunday, on a 4 on / 4 off rota Pay Rate: 14.50 per hour Role Overview Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a professional and proactive Security Officer to join their dedicated team. You will be working across a number of high-profile corporate and horticultural buildings, ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. This role involves a significant amount of walking throughout each shift, so applicants must be comfortable with sustained periods on their feet and covering large areas on patrol. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incidents, completing detailed incident reports and recording evidence. Engage positively and professionally with students, staff, and members of the public. Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude. Handle inappropriate behaviour professionally and in line with site protocols. Operate alarm systems (training provided). Lock and secure campus buildings at designated times. Work closely with the Security Site Lead to maintain high operational standards. Qualifications and Skills Valid SIA licence in the relevant sector. Professional appearance and conduct at all times. Confident with Excel and PC-based systems.
