You must have the right to work in the UK. 2. You must have a car and a valid full driving license. 3. We do not offer COS 4. Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting the dignity of clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks. - Take the client out for GP, Hospital appointments, shopping, for walks in the park. - Mileage to be paid. - Foster meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support. - Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team and family members. - Adhere to health and safety
