Purpose of the Role To provide professional front-of-house reception andadministrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficientoperation of office services. The role involves welcomingvisitors, coordinating employee appointments, managing incomingand outgoing correspondence, liaising with courier and parcelservices, and maintaining accurate records within the company''sCRM system. Key Responsibilities Reception and Visitor Management Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure all visitors are signed in and comply with siteprocedures. Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Employee Administration Schedule and coordinate Occupational Health appointments foremployees. Arrange pension-related appointments and provide administrativesupport where required. Maintain accurate records and appointment schedules. Mail and Correspondence Management Prepare all outgoing post and documentation for collection. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail accurately andefficiently. Ensure confidential correspondence is handled appropriately.
