The Role: You''ll manage a mixed Personal Injury caseload from instruction to settlement, including:Conducting initial consultations and triaging new enquiriesAdvising clients on all aspects of PI claimsProgressing files efficiently and proactivelyNegotiating settlements aligned with client objectivesManaging WIP, budgets and funding arrangementsContributing to networking and business developmentAchieving monthly and annual fee targets You''ll have autonomy in how you run your files, while working within a collaborative team where support is always available when you need
