Multi-Skilled Operative (NVQ Level 2/3)

Location: North Chester.

Rate: -20.00 per hour + 45p per mile (CIS or Umbrella)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary position until at least the end of March

We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative, (primarily NVQ qualified joiners, plumbers, floor layers or plasterers) to work on empty (void) properties, carrying out a variety of repairs to meet agreed target timescales.

This role offers an excellent foot in the door to the social housing sector, a secure and stable industry, and may lead to further placements or a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties include:

• Repairs and installations
• Multi-trade maintenance in void properties
• Completing works efficiently and to a high standard
• Working to set deadlines and productivity targets

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery, Plastering, Floor laying or Plumbing
• Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Own transport and tools
• Ability to work independently
