This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Associate-level Commercial Agency surveyor to join a thriving Shrewsbury-based team, helping to grow and shape the firm''s commercial agency and valuation offering. The Role You''ll be joining a close-knit group of surveyors, planners, architects, and consultants who work collaboratively across a wide range of projects. The business is large enough to offer variety and career progression, but small enough for your voice to be heard and your impact to be felt. Key Responsibilities Undertake agency instructions including sales, lettings, and acquisitions. Provide professional market advice and valuations to clients. Liaise with landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. Prepare marketing materials, manage enquiries, and conduct property viewings. Negotiate heads of terms and support transactions through to completion. Maintain strong market knowledge and build new business opportunities. About You MRICS qualified or working towards qualification (preferred). Proven experience within property agency Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Commercially aware with strong market insight. Self-motivated, well-organised, and a strong team player.
