The focus of this Cover Supervisor role is delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour and ensuring pupils continue to make progress while their usual teacher is absent. Requirements

Experience working with children or young people is essential. Subject specialist opportunities are also available for candidates with particular curriculum strengths. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent classroom management, adaptability, confidence leading groups and a genuine commitment to supporting learning.
