Receptionist – Holiday Cover
Location: Hereford
Dates: 3rd – 7th August
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Pay: £12.71 per hour

We're seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to provide holiday cover for one week at our client's Hereford site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a warm, welcoming experience to every visitor.

As the face of the business, you'll be responsible for ensuring everyone who visits or contacts the site receives a friendly and efficient service. You'll also provide valuable administrative support to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Duties:

• Welcome visitors and assist them on arrival.
  
  
• Manage incoming telephone calls, ensuring enquiries are directed to the correct team.
  
  
• Record and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  
  
• Provide administrative support across different departments when required.
  
  
• Assist with the coordination of customer-focused activities and promotional events.
  
  
• Carry out general office tasks to support the wider team.
  
  

• Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or customer service role.
  
  
• A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people.
  
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
  
• A positive, professional attitude and excellent attention to detail.
