About the Role As Head Chef, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, ensuring compliance, consistency, and exceptional standards at all times. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager (FBM), Retail Operations Manager (ROM), and Bar Manager (BM), you will support both restaurant and takeaway services while helping shape menus and operational improvements across the venue.This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and an eye for detail.
