Warehouse Administrator
Location: Leicester 
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: 9am-5pm (32 hours)

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse & Distribution Administrator to join a busy operation where accuracy, communication and keeping things moving are key.

This is a varied role supporting warehouse, distribution, transport and customer service activities. You’ll play an important part in making sure customer orders are processed correctly, deliveries are organised and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

• Processing customer orders and preparing the paperwork needed for picking, packing and dispatch.
• Producing picking tickets, dispatch notes, courier labels and delivery documentation.
• Coordinating deliveries and collections, including route planning and transport arrangements.
• Managing transport and courier systems, keeping information accurate and up to date.
• Preparing manifests and uploading delivery information to courier portals.
• Monitoring orders and delivery requirements to make sure everything is booked and arranged correctly.
• Identifying potential delivery or order issues and taking action before they become bigger problems.
• Investigating customer complaints and helping with claims and cost recovery where appropriate.
• Supporting daily, weekly and monthly performance and compliance reporting.
• Working closely with warehouse, customer service and other internal teams to ensure customers receive a good service.
• Liaising with external couriers, transport providers and other suppliers.
• Processing returns, collections, delivery bookings and other order-related administration.
• Reviewing reports and following up outstanding, incomplete or back-ordered items.
• Helping maintain accurate systems and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Providing general administrative support across the warehouse and distribution operation.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced within warehouse roles, either goods in administrator or warehouse administrator.
