Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge of building services engineering, with either a mechanical or electrical bias. They will be responsible for identifying and implementing energy-saving opportunities within our facilities. This role requires collaboration with our in-house Facilities Management (FM) team and their supply chain, as well as working closely with our skilled team of engineers.

Corporate Member of recognised professional organisation, Energy Institute (EI), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Surveyor (RICS) or Architect (RIBA)Degree in Environmental science and management or Engineering

Experience within management of building or environmental technology and services managementExperience in the management of a high quality, responsive and cost effective estates service with specific customer focusEnergy management and policy development
