Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact between the stakeholders and the technical teams

Communicate effectively with other leads and assist with functional solutions

Lead support teams and take ownership of deadlines

Assist with end user training and workshops

Experience required

10+ years experience in Oracle in one of the following EBS HCM modules (Talent and career development, Compensation and benefits, Recruitment development, Performance management or learning management)

Led or supported 2-3 full-cycle implementations

Ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS support processes
