our passion is to impress..We are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join our maintenance team,providing day to day engineering support to the hotel and ensure that our hotel is well maintained to the highest standards for all our guests and employees to enjoy.Other responsibilities include:Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule and remedial works.Ensuring that the Hotel meets all Health and Safety requirements and guest satisfaction standards.To follow daily task list as issued by the Maintenance managerTo carry out routine inspections of all areas of the hotel both back of house and public areas recognising faults and reporting and actioning them in a prompt and efficient manner.To carry out general maintenance duties such as grouting, minor electrical, minor pluming works, minor decorating and paintingThe ideal candidate will be or have the following:Self-starter3 years experience as a shift engineer in a similar style property.Technical knowledgePainting skills (preferably)Technical experienceExperience with ACPPMOur BenefitsTFL monthly travel card up to £147.50 for zone 1 -2 paid after successful completion of probationService Charge50% off from room and FandB outlets for friends and familyContinuous training and development for all staff of all levelsStaff meals provided on shiftLaundry service all formal uniformSt. James is calling....
