We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join a busy and professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent organisational skills, and thrives in a varied administrative position.

The Role

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you''ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Alongside reception duties, you''ll provide administrative support to the wider team and help maintain an organised and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional front-of-house service.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Carry out general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure shared areas are well presented.
• Manage office supplies and place orders when required.
• Support colleagues with a variety of day-to-day administrative duties.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts.

About You

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role is advantageous.
• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with people at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and able to use your own initiative.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Competent with general office systems and administrative tasks.
