Electrician’s Mate – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Reading & Paddington

Rates: £25.50 per hour (midweek nights) | £34 per hour (weekends)

Start Date: July 2026

About the Role

Our client is urgently seeking an electrician’s mate to assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) at two major railway stations.

Key Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00 (average 40 hours per week).

Flexibility: You may also be required to work midweek days and weekends on a monthly rostered basis.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Have an electrical qualification
• Live within a commutable distance of Reading and Paddington
• Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
