1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools ManchesterAspire People are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our growing bank of supply staff. We are supporting a wide range of primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools across Manchester, with a high demand for daily supply, short-term and long-term cover.The Role: Provide 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs across primary and secondary age ranges Support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, supported and confident Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and learning styles Promote inclusion and engagement within the classroom and wider school environment Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staffThe Ideal Candidate Will Be: Resilient, adaptable, caring and nurturing Passionate about supporting children with additional needs Able to understand individual learning, emotional and behavioural needs Confident in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Flexible and reliable, able to work across different school settingsRequirements: Minimum of 1 years'' experience working with children with SEN Relevant qualification such as Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or a UK Bachelor''s degree (e.g. Psychology, SEND Education or related field) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness
