We are currently seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a long-term fast-track project involving groundworks and RC frame across 3 blocks (4 storeys) in Wales This is a stable, long-running project offering consistent work with potential weekend overtime. Project Overview RC frame and groundworks package 3 blocks (4 storeys) Fast-track construction programme 1 engineers required on site Hours 7:30am 5:30pm (standard working hours) Requirements Minimum 5+ years independent setting out experience Proven experience on large-scale, fast-track developments Strong background in RC frame and groundworks projects Proficient in CAD software Must have own laptop with relevant software capability Able to work autonomously and take responsibility for setting out duties Reliable and able to commit to a long-term project Duties Setting out for RC frames, drainage, and groundworks packages Interpreting drawings and coordinating with site teams Ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications Supporting site engineers and project management team as required Maintaining as-built records and reporting progress What s on Offer Long-term, continuous work opportunity Exposure to a major fast-track development Consistent site hours with potential overtime Saturdays Key role within a busy engineering team
