Admin and Admissions Officer
Admin, Communications and Admissions Officer Veritas Education are working with a welcoming and ambitious primary/prep school in Blackheath to recruit a proactive and organised Admin, Communications and Admissions Officer. This is a key front-facing role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.Key Responsibilities for Admin and Admissions OfficerManaging the school reception, telephone and visitor experience.Acting as first point of contact for parents and enquiries.Supporting admissions, including enquiries, school tours and registrations.Providing general administrative and clerical support.Managing school emails, entry systems and parent queries.Supporting school communications, newsletters and social media.Using SIMS and other school systems to maintain accurate records.Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.The Ideal CandidatePrevious school-based admin experience (preferred).Strong communication and organisational skills.Confident, professional and welcoming manner.Ability to multitask in a busy school environment.Experience with SIMS (desirable).Flexible, proactive and team-oriented.What''s on OfferOpportunity to work in a popular and well-resourced school.Supportive and friendly staff team.A varied and rewarding role in a vibrant school community.Term-time or full-year options may be available (depending on role).If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply today.
