Freight Forwarding Specialist

Location: London, Uxbridge

Salary: Up to -40k

A rapidly growing UK-based freight forwarding business is transforming the logistics space through data-driven solutions, creative thinking, and a strong commitment to customer care.

You will play an essential part in ensuring shipments are booked correctly, documentation is accurate, and customers are updated throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and book shipments across road, air, and sea freight.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation (CMRs, commercial invoices, customs forms).
• Track shipments, monitor progress, and escalate any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding / logistics
• Solid understanding of multi-modal and multi-directional shipments (Air, Ocean & Road - Import & Export)
• End-to-end operational knowledge including quoting, booking, and invoicing
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
