What You''ll Lead As Strategic HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing the full HR roadmap for the site, including: Developing and deploying HR strategies aligned with operational and commercial objectives. Driving organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Leading employee relations with confidence and clarity, ensuring a fair, compliant, and engaging employee experience. Championing a high-performance culture across engineering, production, and support teams. Collaborating with union representatives and industry bodies when required.
