Location: Aylesbury (Hybrid Working)
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: -23,831 per annum

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across telephone, email, webchat and written communications
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer enquiries
• Accurately process, validate and maintain customer records and data
• Promote relevant products and services to customers where appropriate
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Support customers with online services and website navigation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR and data protection requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and departmental processes
• Capture customer feedback and ensure it is communicated appropriately
• Work towards individual and team KPI targets and quality standards

Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience within a customer service, contact centre or customer support environment is highly beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using computer systems and databases
• Effective listening and questioning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working to KPIs and service targets
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints
