(or an experienced CDP ready to step up) to join a unique, high-end kitchen located within a prison setting. Youll be working alongside a talented team, preparing top-quality food while supporting and training inmates as part of their rehabilitation and professional development.

The Role:

Delivering exceptional food in a high-standard kitchen

think restaurant-quality, not canteen cooking.Leading by example with calm professionalism, patience and consistency.Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen operations and mentoring inmates in kitchen skills, food prep, and professional standards.Working in a rewarding environment that genuinely makes a difference.

What were looking for:

A strong CDP ready to step up, or a Junior/Sous Chef looking for more meaning and balance in your career.Someone calm, empathetic, and confident in a teaching/training environment.Experience in fresh, quality-led cooking

ideally in restaurants, hotels or event catering.A clear communicator and positive role model.Someone comfortable working within structured and secure environments (prison experience not necessary

full training and clearance provided).
