CONVEYANCING ADMINISTRATOR
We are recruiting for a lovely client, based ONSITE in Leatherhead.The Hours are 9-5pm OR 9.15-5.15pm Mon-FriThe Conveyancing Administrator provides essential administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of property transactions. This role involves managing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities File Management: Open, maintain, and close conveyancing files in accordance with company procedures. Document Preparation: Draft and process legal documents, contracts, and forms related to property transactions. Client Communication: Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, answering calls and providing updates on case progress. Third-Party Liaison: Communicate with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and local authorities. Compliance:Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation, anti-money laundering regulations, and company policies. Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in case management systems. Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, payments, and completion statements. Reporting: Prepare progress reports for conveyancers and management as required. Skills and Qualifications Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
