This is an excellent opportunity to join supportive school environments on a temporary supply basis through a well-established education agency.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils across different year groups, helping to create a positive and engaging learning experience for all children. We are looking for individuals who are patient, proactive and passionate about supporting young learners both socially and academically.The role includes:Providing support to children and staff on a daily basis across the whole school.To collaborate and work alongside the class teacher; occasionally covering some classes when necessary.Supporting those children in the classroom whom may require more individualised support; liaising with the teacher to create a tailored plan in which how you will support the pupil.Comfortable communicating with staff, parents and external professionals in a professional manner at all times.Comfortable in providing SEND support as required for individual pupils, including those with an EHCP.We are looking for someone who:Can support a whole class across a range of Key Stages.Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).Confidently able to implement learning activities, adapt resources and ..... full job details .....
