Due to growth and success, we are looking for a Land Agent / Rural Surveyor to work as part of a collaborative team across a significant and diverse rural estate portfolio in Scotland. You will be joining our Rural Estate Management and Professional team, a well-established team that brings a fresh, modern approach, combining deep-rooted sector knowledge with innovative thinking to support the evolving rural economy. We advise on over 1 million acres of farms and estates across the UK, working with a wide range of clients including private individuals, estates, trusts, charities and corporate organisations. What you''ll be doing This role will focus on a particular rural portfolio but there may be opportunities to work on other instructions within the division. The role will include a variety of responsibilities: Deliver rural estate management services and projects across the rural portfolio including, but not limited to, let farms and let residential properties, sporting leases, community and stakeholder liaison, managing staff and diversification projects. Client relationship management: develop strong relationships with tenants and clients, and understand client needs and requirements.
