Job Overview Preparation and production of fuel injection pipes, systems, and ancillary fuel system equipment Cutting, de-burring, and cleaning of tubing ready for manufacture Producing pipe end forms to engineering drawings and inspection procedures Pipe swaging, flanging, and flaring Polishing and cleaning of pipework Forming olives and cutting rings on fuel lines to procedure Jig fitting of selected pipes and systems (subject to training level) Pre-stressing treatment of fuel lines (Autofrettage) Production of drain manifolds and drain-line parts (including bending and silver soldering) Assembly work including common rail enclosures and clamp assemblies Operation of a range of workshop bending machinery Working within a cleanroom environment and maintaining strict cleanliness standards Picking parts, manual assembly, and general workshop duties Carrying out any additional duties as reasonably assigned by a supervisor Requirements Ability to read and understan
