A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim TUPE Lead to join for a 6 month period. The role is to lead on a TUPE in process for a new contract that has been acquired. The role is based in London, with 2 days a week in the office.Client DetailsNot-for-profit London based DescriptionAn Interim TUPE Lead to: - Lead one main TUPE in transfer process, including due diligence, consultation, legal risks and post integration activities. - Support the planning and delivery of TUPE transfers- Manage TUPE project plans and timelines- Partner with employees and managers to ensure a smooth process- Coordinate the process- Support with admin duties and issuing letters, contracts, right to work checks- Prepare documents and letters as well as attend consultation meetings- Respond to queries regarding the TUPE process ProfileAn Interim TUPE Lead with: - Previous experience managing TUPE processes - Good stakeholder management- Previous project coordination experience- Able to start immediately or at short notice Job OfferInterim TUPE Lead6 month roleUp to 30 per hour Open to a 4 day working week, with a higher hourly rateLondon based with hybrid ..... full job details .....
