Pay starting from £16.00 per hour and up to £18 per hour on weekends, with as little or as many hours as you are available for.

We require Chefs with:

* Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectively* The ability to delegate tasks appropriately* Ability to work without close supervision and deliver quality work* Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills* Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines* Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Two Certification.* Good communication with all members of the team
