Reporting directly to the Founder, you will own publisher relationships end-to-end and play a central role in scaling trading partnerships across major publishers. Key Responsibilities Build and deepen relationships with leading UK and international publishers Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, print runs, buying volumes, and supply agreements Advise on buying strategy, catalogue priorities, and sales opportunities Act as the company''s publishing industry expert and trusted external voice Help shape scalable processes for publisher onboarding and partnership growth About You You will bring strong publisher-facing commercial experience, ideally from trade publishing, wholesale/distribution, vendor management, or strategic partnerships.
