£445/day (Outside IR35)A leading not-for-profit charity clinic in Edinburgh is seeking a Part-Time Business Analyst to support the rollout of a new operating model. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone with a background in operational improvement and change management.You''ll work closely with the clinic''s management team to assess current operations, identify gaps, and help drive a cultural shift in service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and implementation of a new operating model.Provide operational coaching and guidance to the management team.Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.Assess the current "as-is" state and help define the "to-be" model.Bridge operational gaps and support the team through change.What We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Business Analyst in operational or service environments.Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.Experience in healthcare or similar sectors is a plus.Ability to work independently and influence change at all levels.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a meaningful sector.
