Running your own section with pride and consistency.Delivering dishes that showcase seasonality, precision, and bold flavours.Supporting menu development with fresh ideas and a passion for detail.Working closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-energy services.Helping train and guide junior chefs, building the next generation of talent.What Were Looking For

Experience in kitchens, ideally fine dining.A genuine passion for food, seasonality, and presentation.Organised, reliable, and able to stay calm when the pressures on.A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.Someone ambitious who wants to keep learning and progressing in their career.Skills and Competencies Youll Need
