The Role As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload that may include: Divorce and separationChild arrangements and parental responsibilityCohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreementsFinancial remedy mattersDomestic abuse injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders)Advising and supporting clients through all stages of family proceedings You will work closely with the Head of Department and be encouraged to develop both your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
