Graduate Town Planner

to join their growing planning team, based at their Harewood, Leeds office.

The RoleAs a

Graduate Town Planner , you will gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, with the opportunity to build your skills and knowledge within the planning and development sector. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will assist with:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documents.

Carrying out research and planning appraisals.

Supporting appeals and inquiries.

Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and members of the public.

Monitoring and reviewing planning policy changes relevant to ongoing and future projects.

About YouWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic planner who is looking to develop their career in consultancy. The ideal candidate will have:

An RTPI-accredited degree or master’s qualification in Town Planning.

Some relevant experience (e.g. through a placement year, internship, or post-graduation role).

Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.

A genuine interest in the planning and development process, with a proactive and positive attitude.

A commitment to working towards RTPI chartership (full support will be provided).
