About the Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, working directly alongside the Head of Construction to ensure efficient, expert service delivery. This role will primarily focus on contentious construction law, and therefore experience in dispute resolution under JCT and other construction contracts is essential. There will also be opportunities to engage in non-contentious work, with training provided if required.
