We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area working for a well-established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the repairs team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.Laying Vinyl flooring The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:Have a Full UK Driving LicenseHave their own tools Be time served or have relevant qualificationsHave relevant industry experience In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade receive:Company van and fuel card includedWeekly payments (CIS or PAYE payments available)Long term work(7 months plus) Immediate start 40 hours a week If you are interested in the Carpenter/Multi Trade role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed).
