Electronics Technicians required urgently for one of our leading manufacturing companies based in Farnborough. This is a key role to the business where you will be working to production targets to manufacture a range of specialist equipment utilised across a wide range of industries. This role would be ideal for someone who has repaired IPads, mobile phones / tablets / laptops before as these are devices closest to the product set that we service.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Bench repair including testing and diagnostics
• Intricate assembly and dis-assembly of products
• Soldering and repairing of electronics components
• Utilisation of a range of hand tools
• Working to build sheets or drawings
• Inspection of work quality
• Ensure documentation is correct and legible

To be successful you should have previous relevant experience ideally gained from your work, studies or a hobby. Experience of small, fine assembly or repairs using hand held tools is ideal. any knowledge of the repair of mobile phones, tablets, laptops, PC''s would also be very useful but not essential.

You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels in the business. Have the ability to perform small parts testing and repair efficiently, accurately and repeatedly. Any experience if working with electronic equipment is an advantage along with any previous soldering experience being of benefit.

You should be a positive and methodical worker, used to working in a team environment and be keen to learn and develop your skills.
