IFA Administrator
Time Appointments are excited to be working with a well-established Financial Services company with offices across the UK who are looking for an experienced, professional and friendly IFA Administrator to join their expanding team!Key Responsibilities:Handle phone calls, enquiries, and requests efficientlyCommunicate with clients both verbally and in writingProcess New Business applicationsSupport Paraplanners and Advisers in preparing client review packs (annual and tri-annual)Schedule client meetings and manage Advisers'' diariesComplete Portfolio Illustration requestsProvide back-office supportEnsure all financial planning administration is accurate and compliant with company proceduresMaintain client records on company systems, ensuring files are well-organised, accurate, and compliantKey Requirements:Previous experience within a Financial Planning firm is essentialCII Level 3 Qualification in Financial Administration preferred (training can be provided)Experience with IO and financial platformsUnderstanding of Model Portfolios/DFMs is an advantageStrong ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectivelyExcellent communication, planning, and organisational skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesFlexible, adaptable, and confident in IT and office softwareTeam player with a positive attitudeBenefits:Professional industry exams funded, with study support25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)Holiday Purchase schemeAccess to an In-House Training Academ
