Renowned for its commitment to employee growth and development, the company takes pride in offering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.DescriptionProviding accounting assistance to the accounting department.Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.Reconciling accounts in a timely manner.Researching, tracking and restoring accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.Functioning in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.Constantly updating job knowledge.ProfileA successful Finance Assistant should have: Demonstrable experience in a similar Finance Assistant role (at least two years)Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.Competency in working with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems.Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Job OfferFull time and permanent role + paying 28,000 plus annual bonus + study sup
