CNC Setter Programmer (Sliding Head Turning) | -34,275 to -36,331 | Permanent | Fareham

Our client is a precision aerospace manufacturer in Fareham. The long serving setter is retiring next year, so this is a genuine replacement, not a new heads number.

You will program, set and operate multi axis CNC sliding head lathes. There is some manual turning, milling and grinding, plus deburring and general housekeeping. You need an engineering background and a high precision environment behind you. Sliding head experience is highly desirable, but a strong multi axis CNC turner who wants to learn it will be looked at.

Benefits include free parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension up to 10% company contribution, an annual cash incentive, life assurance and income protection. 37 hours a week, days only.

Suitable for CNC Setters, Setter Operators and Machinists based around Portsmouth, Southampton, Gosport, Havant, Eastleigh or Winchester.
