HVAC / Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer

Pay Rate: -280290 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term opportunity, with the option to transition into a permanent position
Essential: Full UK driving licence

We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our client''s team, covering sites across London.
This is a long-term opportunity for an engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in air conditioning servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations. The successful candidate will have experience working with leading manufacturers, particularly Daikin and Mitsubishi, and be confident working on a range of HVAC systems.
The role is available on a contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, breakdowns and technical issues.
• Complete repairs, servicing and installation work as required.
• Carry out service checks and diagnostic testing on HVAC equipment.
• Work on VRV/VRF systems and split air conditioning systems.
• Identify remedial works and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all findings.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service while working across various sites in London.

• Valid F-Gas qualification.
• Level 2 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience in HVAC / air conditioning service and maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience working with Daikin and Mitsubishi equipment.
• Hands-on experience with split systems and VRV/VRF systems.
• Knowledge of a range of HVAC equipment and manufacturers.

Experience working with the following systems would be highly beneficial:

• Air conditioning split systems.
• VRV/VRF systems.
• Air Handling Units (AHUs).
• Chilled-water systems.
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
• Equipment from multiple manufacturers and brands.
