You will advise lenders, investors, boards and management teams on financially stressed and underperforming businesses. Depending on your background, you will join either the creditor side or the debtor side of the practice, working on situations such as: Lender advisory, independent business reviews and monitoringCompany side restructuring, turnaround and contingency planningRefinancing, restructuring plans, CVAs and consensual solutionsFormal insolvency appointments and advisory mandatesStakeholder negotiations across lenders, sponsors, management and other parties You will take real responsibility from day one, leading engagements, managing client relationships and developing the team around you.
