Key Responsibilities Scope, define and manage technical projects across client portfolios. Configure leading legal tech platforms (HighQ, AI review tools, dashboards, automation) Assist in developing and delivering new client solutions end-to-end. Support assessments and rollouts of new technology tools. Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and shape solutions. Analyse project data to provide clear insights and reporting. Promote innovation across teams and identify opportunities for smarter workflows. Collaborate with IT, Knowledge, Innovation and Consulting teams.
