They''re winning a lot of interesting work in the industrial/logistics and data centre space, and this hire is a key part of that continued growth.What you''ll be doing Taking the lead on major industrial and data centre schemesActing as the main point of contact for the client while working closely with the site teamCoordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothlyEnsuring quality, programme and budget stay on trackPlaying a role in the wider team''s development and helping strengthen client relationships What they''re looking for Strong project management experience in construction, ideally on industrial, logistics or mission-critical projectsSomeone confident in a client-facing environment who can take the lead when neededGood understanding of project delivery from early stages through to completionRICS chartered (or working towards it) would be great, but it''s absolutely not essentialSomeone who enjoys
